Repeatedly I have talked to agents (sometimes even on Facebook) about the need to insert the company information when discussing real estate. One comment always is: no one else is doing it! So...that good reason is back! Another is, well if they follow the link they'll see it on the postlets site! Not good enough...you need it next to your name on Facebook. Excuse #3...it's on my 'home page'...well I have checked some of the top agents in the US and believe me, it's not on most people's home page because it's a 'social site'...and even if it is, that is not what I am looking at when it comes across my Facebook page nor on the others' pages when they follow me!

Check out Zillow or any of those sites that you automatically link to and you'll find that many times...in fact most often..the company name did not follow over to the postings. So you are out there with the FSBO and whoever else is promoting the listings.

This is going to be an interesting year for any Professional Standards Committee who gets what's going on!
