my inspiration for this blog comes from years of experience in an industry that seems to be swimming against the sea of change. where individuals and companies choose a direction that seems counterintuitive and/or counterproductive, implementing or protecting business practices that don’t seem to make sense. an industry that from time to time causes me to act like my dogs when they don’t understand something – causing me to cock my head to the side and wonder, “wtf?”
